Bundi laddu bhog from Shri Sanwaliya Seth Mandir is a cherished offering known for its traditional flavor and cultural significance. These laddus are meticulously prepared using small, round chickpea flour (besan) pearls called bundi, which are fried to a crisp golden brown perfection. The process begins with making the bundi batter, which is then carefully poured through a special perforated ladle into hot ghee, forming tiny droplets that fry quickly into crispy, spherical shapes. Once fried, the bundi is then soaked in a flavorful sugar syrup infused with cardamom and sometimes saffron, ensuring each piece is coated evenly for a balanced sweetness.
